Delete your data

Your data is yours. Removing it is quick and complete.

In the app (fastest)

Open Settings → Delete my data. This immediately removes your resumes and personal data from the device and, if you enabled cloud sync, from our servers. You’ll see a confirmation when it’s done.

By request

Prefer to ask us directly? Email privacy@resumesaathi.app from the email associated with your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We verify the request and erase your personal data, confirming within the timelines required by the DPDP Act, 2023.

What gets deleted

• Your resumes and all resume content.
• Your account and profile (if you created one).
• Any cloud-synced copies.

We retain only the minimal access/processing logs the law requires, with your personal data removed. AI inputs/outputs sent to our AI sub-processor (Anthropic) are subject to that provider’s short retention window and are never used to train models.
