By using Resume Pilot you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

The service

Resume Pilot helps you create resumes and related documents with AI assistance. Free features are provided as-is; paid features are described at the point of purchase.

Your content and AI output

You own the content you create. AI suggestions are drafts generated from the information you provide — you must review and verify everything before using it. You agree not to enter false information or use Resume Pilot to misrepresent your qualifications. We are not responsible for hiring outcomes.

Payments

One-time unlocks and subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play (including UPI where supported). Subscriptions renew until cancelled; manage or cancel them in your store account. There are no hidden multi-week billing cycles.

Acceptable use

• Don’t abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service or its AI endpoints.
• Don’t use it for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing purposes.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
